At Apple WWDC 2022 event we already know about the expected release of the updated iOS15 version, watchOS 8, iPadOS 15, MacOS 12, and tvOS 15 version because it's a developer event, and all the development is related to software but not the device launches.
The Cupertino tech giant is surely looking to debut the 6th operating system. Called the "homeOS" this could solely be a smart home software for smart devices that runs on Internet of Things(IoT). If it happens, then it will surely mean that Apple has a defying strategy for the smart home market.
This rumor comes after Apple job listing that mentions homeOS, a term never heard before after developer Javier Lacort tweeted about it. The tweet says -
We will surely wait for the WWDC event which will eventually put an end to all the rumors. Don't forget to watch WWDC event live and just to remind you, it's from June 7.
